Ella es Claudia Patricia Castaño Jiménez, administradora y gerente del punto de venta de Crepes & Waffles en Puerta del Norte.
Una madre, esposa, empresaria y profesional que, por sus aptitudes, es considerada como una gran líder según sus colaboradoras.
Claudia lleva cuatro años laborando en el Centro Comercial Puerta del Norte y recuerda que su primer día de trabajo fue muy “ajetreado”; un día tensionante. Al respecto, opina que: “La sede es grande, hay mucho flujo de personas y con respecto a los clientes: el cliente del norte quiere todo más rápido y esto es todo un reto”. También menciona que, a lo largo de este tiempo, trabajando en el Centro Comercial Puerta del Norte ha crecido de manera personal y profesional.
Crepes & Waffles es un restaurante que cuenta con una amplia oferta gastronómica para todos los gustos y sabores de nuestros clientes. Es por ello que, para Claudia «Las personas que lleguen a Crepes & Waffles en Puerta del Norte, encontrarán calidad, una carta de mil sabores con experiencias memorables y algunos errores porque somos seres humanos«.
Finalmente, este 2022 le deja mucha gratitud hacia la tienda, al Centro Comercial, sus colaboradoras y principalmente a los clientes. “Este año 2022 me ayudó a crecer, a ser consciente, más eficiente, me ayudó a unir personas que necesitaba en ese momento en mi vida y aquí continúo, aprendiendo de todas las personas y situaciones”. Además, para Claudia el amor hacia sus colaboradoras es lo que les ha dado tanto éxito.
Claudia, es otra de las administradoras de la que nos sentimos orgullosos, y le agradecemos por su gran desempeño en sus labores y por hacer que juntos sigamos progresando.
